High Country Digital is run by me, Dylan Myers. This page explains, in plain English, what information this website collects, why, and what I do with it.
What I collect
When you use the quote form: your name, your business name, your email, your phone number if you add it, what you tell me you need, and the options you picked in the price builder. That's sent to my business inbox as an email so I can reply. The website itself doesn't keep a copy.
When you email or call me: whatever you choose to send or tell me.
When you visit the site: I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see simple totals, like how many people visited and which pages they viewed. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you to other websites. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, also handles basic technical information such as IP addresses to keep the site fast and protect it from attacks.
This site has no advertising trackers, and I don't use cookies to track you.
How I use it
- To answer your question or send the quote you asked for.
- To do the work if you become a client, and to send you things like invoices and your monthly website report.
- To keep basic business records.
I use software tools, including AI, to help draft replies. I review everything before it's sent.
Who I share it with
I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. It's only handled by the services I use to run the business: Cloudflare (website hosting and the quote form), Google (my business email), and, once you're a client, Stripe (payments). Each of them handles it under their own privacy policies. I'd only share it with anyone else if the law required me to.
Emails from me
If you contact me, I'll reply about what you asked. If you'd rather I didn't email you again, just reply and say so, and I won't.
How long I keep it
I keep emails and quote requests as long as I need them to answer you, work on your project and keep business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, and I will unless I'm required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I have about you. Email [email protected] or call (336)401-5325.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
